Projects in Argentina and France transform the cities cracked pavements into art

 
Like Aldo's playgrounds, that saw vacant lots of space in Amsterdam being transformed into playful spaces for children...




Groups of artists in Europe are working with their public city space to create (playful) art for others' enjoyment.
 


In Argentina, artists are working (literally!) to improve their city's neighbourhood by fixing the holes in their pavement from broken tiles with new handcrafted replacements of their own. Their website even offers step by step instructions so that you can make your own.



And French artist Juliana Santacruz Herrera draws attention to Paris' cracked pavements with her "yarn-bombers" (a popular concept being done all over).... For more go here.
