Groups of artists in Europe are working with their public city space to create (playful) art for others' enjoyment.

In Argentina, artists are working (literally!) to improve their city's neighbourhood by fixing the holes in their pavement from broken tiles with new handcrafted replacements of their own. Their website even offers step by step instructions so that you can make your own.

And French artist Juliana Santacruz Herrera draws attention to Paris' cracked pavements with her "yarn-bombers" (a popular concept being done all over).... For more go here.
